Ronstan Swivelling Cleat Unit, 28mm Ball Bearing Sheave - Small C-Cleat & Fairlead multiflex Soft Clutch ForkSwivel cleat bases permit easy cleating and releasing from any angle. Sheave can be relocated to allow the control line to feed from below. Comes complete with a 28mm (1 1 4") ball bearing sheave, small T Cleat and the Fast Track fairlead. Note: *Load ratings are for the cleat base assembly, and are based on a 120 change in line direction.. Applications: Typically fitted to dinghy and catamaran spars for halyard, cunningham or outhaul control.
