Fruit comes from certified organic sites in Los Alamos and the Santa Ynez Valley, fermented in stainless steel with minimal intervention. The 2024 lands somewhere between Loire snap and California sunshine: bright grapefruit, a whiff of cut grass, mineral lift on the finish. Easy, crisp, refreshing, no fuss.
