I love how the figure was drawn, with these great bowed lines for legs connecting to the pedals, and everything about the drawing really, including the inclusion of the crank at front, which would have taken some turning to get the car going. Just my sort of drawing, late 19th c. I believe. 7 3 16" x 4 9 16". There is a clean tear coming in from the left edge
