Hand-carved, Varnished Vintage Wooden Boxer Dog vase with pipe This original gouache and watercolorI believe this guy is meant to be a boxer, and I would guess a specific one at that, with what appear to be the initials of his maker subtly carved into his belly. I have a hard time passing by a lovingly carved dog, or animal of any sort really, and really like the on the ready posture and watchful expression on this one. 4 1 2" l x 1 3 8" t x 5 1 8" t. Very good vintage condition, I might guess mid 20th century or so. There is a very thin black line
