Constructed of matte aluminum; the obverse with a pebbled field, with a central raised field depicting a spade with a mobile swastika on the blade, surrounded by a circular field decorated with five wheat stalks attached to the reverse via four pins on the reverse; the reverse hollow, with an integrated catch and a double claw spring bar; marked OLC for Overhoff & Cie, Ldenscheid on the reverse; measuring 63 mm (w)
